FELICITA LLC (Nevada, USA) is the Data Controller. Operations and customer support are managed from the European Union (Slovakia). We comply with Nevada Privacy Law (SB-220) and the GDPR.

2. DATA COLLECTION

We collect information through various touchpoints:

• Marketing: Email addresses collected on astrovetting.com for newsletters and course delivery (processed via Systeme.io or Brevo).
• Account & Billing: Email addresses collected on clarity.felicita.online for login authentication, password management, and Stripe subscription linking.
• Astrological Data: Date, exact time, and location of birth for you and your partners (entered only at clarityapp.felicita.online).

3. THIRD-PARTY DATA (VETTING PARTNERS)

If you enter birth data for third parties (partners or clients), you represent that you have the right to process this data for personal or consulting purposes. We do not use this third-party data for our own marketing or profiling.

4. DATA PROCESSORS

Your data is shared only with necessary service providers:

• Stripe: For secure payments (we do not store credit card info).
• Systeme.io / Brevo: For email and course delivery.
• Internal Servers: For processing astrological algorithms.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at clarity@felicita.online. To stop receiving marketing emails, use the “Unsubscribe” link in any of our emails.

6. PRIVACY LIABILITY CAP

In the event of a data dispute or breach, our total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent payment to the Company (max $49.00 USD).
