TERMS OF SERVICE

1. BINDING AGREEMENT This is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and FELICITA LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing astrovetting.com, felicita.online, and the Clarity App, you agree to these Terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT The methodology, course content, and software logic titled “CLARITY: Provider or Parasite? The Astro-Vetting System for a Secure Soft Life” is the exclusive intellectual property of Natalia Pechenova.

  • US Copyright Protection: This work is protected under U.S. Federal Law (Copyright Office Application filed 02/25/2026).
  • Ownership: All rights remain with Natalia Pechenova and are licensed to FELICITA LLC. Any unauthorized redistribution, screen-recording, or “leaking” of materials is a federal offense.

3. LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE (SIDE HUSTLE) We grant you a Limited Commercial License.

  • You may use the Clarity App to provide individual consultations to third parties (clients/friends).
  • You act as an Independent Consultant. You are NOT an agent or employee of FELICITA LLC.
  • You may NOT resell the course videos/PDFs. You may NOT share your login credentials. One subscription = One consultant.

4. FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION

  • Initial Payment: $49.00 USD (Course + 30 days of App access).
  • Auto-Renewal: After 30 days, you will be charged $19.99 USD/month automatically via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal in your profile. No partial refunds are provided.
  • STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Due to the digital nature of the content and the 3-lesson free preview, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued after the $49.00 payment.

5. COMPREHENSIVE DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (THE “$49 CAP”) TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FELICITA LLC AND NATALIA PECHENOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR “FANTASY” DAMAGES (E.G., EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, RELATIONSHIP DISSOLUTION, OR LOSS OF POTENTIAL INCOME). OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DURING THE SINGLE BILLING CYCLE IN WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE, NOT TO EXCEED $49.00 USD.

7. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
